The Circle Agency are looking for a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic staffing specialist to join Circle’s senior team and take ownership of our staffing department.
Our award-winning experiential campaigns succeed on the quality of the event and field staff we employ to run them – Circle’s Head of Talent, supported by a Talent Executive, is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and booking process, and will be expected to source event staff for a wide variety of projects and clients.
The Head of Talent will need to build and deliver a plan on how to make staffing succeed as an agency department – both commercially and reputationally, ensuring Circle continues to be regarded as one of the best brand experience agencies to work for.
You need to be a leader to shine in this role – an enthusiastic motivator and networker who can take a brief and deliver the right candidates to bring a campaign to life. This means an “always-on” approach to attracting new talent, and you will oversee all aspects of staff training and remuneration, with a strategic insight and point-of-view about our industry. Demonstrable experience of running a staffing function will be essential, as well as showing how you understand the opportunities and challenges of the field and promotional worker labour market. An ability to be flexible and future-facing, while delivering on our clients’ business needs is a must.
